# Commercial licensing

DBOPFS 1.0.0 is publicly available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That public license does not grant commercial use.

A separate commercial license is available from The Wizard Nexus for a nominal fee. The commercial license takes effect only after both sides agree to its written terms and the applicable fee is paid. Downloading the package, opening a request, or discussing a quote does not itself grant commercial rights.

To request a commercial license, open a [commercial-license request](https://github.com/TheWizardNexus/DBOPFS/issues/new?template=commercial-license.yml). Do not include confidential, payment, or credential information in a public issue; the licensor will provide a private contact path for the agreement.

The public noncommercial license remains available for uses it permits.
