# Commercial licensing

SpellWire and its public informational site are available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That public license does not grant commercial use.

A separate commercial license is available from The Wizard Nexus for a nominal fee. The commercial license takes effect only after both sides agree to its written terms and the applicable fee is paid. Repository access, use of the public site, submitting a derivative request, or discussing a quote does not itself grant commercial rights.

To request a commercial license, [contact The Wizard Nexus](https://www.thewizardnexus.com/). Do not include confidential, payment, credential, or private-ledger information in an initial request; The Wizard Nexus will provide an appropriate private path for the agreement.

The public noncommercial license remains available for uses it permits.
