# Commercial Licensing

TWiN Compass 1.0.0 and its public informational site are available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That public license does not grant commercial use.

A separate commercial license is available from The Wizard Nexus for a nominal, one-time fee. The licensed version has no monthly subscription or mandatory recurring TWiN Compass license fee after that initial purchase. Optional hosting, customization, support, future major-version upgrades, and third-party services may be priced separately. The commercial license takes effect only after both sides agree to its written terms and the applicable fee is paid. Repository access, use of the public site, submitting a derivative request, or discussing a quote does not itself grant commercial rights.

Describe the product or service, organization, distribution model, expected users, and intended TWiN Compass use. Do not include credentials, payment information, protected health information, personally identifiable information, or other confidential material in the initial request; The Wizard Nexus will provide an appropriate private path for the agreement.

The public noncommercial license remains available for uses it permits.
