Licensing Arcane OS
AGPL-3.0-only source terms, separately licensed component boundaries, and the commercial-licensing contact path.
Arcane OS source covered by the repository's root license is available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only). The exact governing license text is deployed alongside this public Docs artifact as LICENSE.txt.
Files or components that carry their own license notices remain governed by those separate terms. Dependency and third-party licenses are not replaced by the repository's root license.
Commercial licensing
The Wizard Nexus can discuss a separate commercial license for Arcane OS material that it owns or is otherwise authorized to license. The exact informational availability notice is deployed alongside this public Docs artifact as COMMERCIAL-LICENSE.md; it contains the scope, limitations, and contact path.
That notice is informational. It is not a license, an offer, or a grant of rights. Commercial rights require a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives, and separately licensed material keeps its own terms.
Development status
Arcane OS currently has a development-only lifecycle. These licensing pages describe the current source on main; they do not represent a release, production-readiness claim, support commitment, warranty, or commercial-service commitment.
