Public license
The public license is the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. It permits the noncommercial purposes described in those terms. This is source-available software, not OSI open source.
Commercial licensing
The public license does not grant commercial use. A separate paid commercial license is available from The Wizard Nexus for a nominal, one-time fee and takes effect only after written terms are agreed and the applicable fee is paid. The licensed version has no monthly subscription or mandatory recurring DBOPFS Studio license fee after purchase. Optional support, future major-version upgrades, and third-party services may be offered separately; the written agreement controls.

DBOPFS Studio includes verified DBOPFS 1.0.0 runtime files from The Wizard Nexus and the runtime's bundled strong-type@1.1.0 dependency. The application integrates DBOPFS rather than recreating or bypassing its database behavior.

The complete license controls. Its No Liability clause provides the software as is, without warranty or condition to the extent allowed by law. Read the complete terms before redistributing or relying on the software.
