The license promise
No paid renewal for purchased licenses.
The purchased major version remains licensed without another software payment.
A future major version may be a separate purchase; declining it does not disable the version already owned.
Ending optional services never holds readable, exportable local records hostage.
Sentinel will run locally and will not require a Sentinel cloud service. Each purchased major version will use a perpetual, one-time license: after the initial purchase, there will be no monthly subscription or mandatory recurring Sentinel license fee to keep that purchased version working. Optional support, future major-version upgrades, hosted processing, third-party services, and taxes may cost extra.

Hunter verification confirms identity, eligibility, a relevant reference or credential, and acceptance of responsible-use rules. It does not confer investigative authority, licensure, or The Wizard Nexus endorsement. Nonprofit sponsorship is reviewed by mission, budget, community impact, and available program capacity.
Included in every license
Provenance, citations, uncertainty labels, contrary evidence, human review, secure export, and complete data export are never premium upgrades.
Pricing notes
What a one-time license does and does not cover.
Are there mandatory subscriptions?
No. The core purchased version is perpetual. Monthly support is optional.
What about AI, OCR, or hosted processing?
Cost-bearing services use disclosed prepaid allowances or top-ups with overages off by default. Local core workflows do not require them.
Do security fixes cost extra?
Maintenance and security fixes are included while the purchased release remains supported. A later major feature release may be an optional paid upgrade.
What happens if support ends?
The license and local records remain. The organization simply stops receiving the separately purchased support service.
Can a survivor request free access?
Yes. Qualifying applicants may receive a full Personal Case waiver through a minimal confidential attestation or trusted-partner referral without providing unnecessary case documents.
Will sponsors see nonprofit or Hunter cases?
No. Sponsorship never buys case data, customer identities, influence over a matter, or model-training rights.
Before payment opens
The product must earn the price.
Sentinel will not accept payment until the extracted feature set, export controls, security boundaries, and real operating costs have been validated.
