A trusted guide. A point of connection.

In military culture, behavioral-health professionals have long been called “the Wizard”, a guide people sought when they needed space, support, and a path through a hard moment. TWiN carries that spirit forward as a nexus between human needs, research, technology, and practical action.

The mission is not to replace people with systems. It is to build systems that help people notice, understand, and respond with greater care.

01 // FOUNDERBehavioral-health strategy

Johanna “JZ” Zollmann, LCSW

JZ is a U.S. Army Veteran and former Army Behavioral Health Officer. Growing up in a military family and moving through different cultures shaped an approach grounded in adaptability, connection, curiosity, and empathy.

After her honorable discharge, she continued serving Veterans, service members, families, and communities through work in mental-health access, suicide prevention, reintegration, cultural competency, program design, policy development, training, evaluation, and partnership.

In 2025, JZ acquired PreCrisis AI and brought its early-warning technology into The Wizard Nexus. Her work joins data-driven insight with compassionate action so people and organizations can recognize risk earlier and respond with greater care.

02 // CHIEF VISIONARYResident Roshi

“Roshi”

The moniker “Roshi” comes from years of study in the Rinzai Zen lineage: a practice of flexibility, stillness, and attention that now guides the systems he builds. His path began in Japan and continued as a U.S. Air Force Far East cryptologic linguist.

His engineering work has crossed human–machine interfaces for the Argus II bionic-eye system, resilient drone networks for Tōhoku earthquake relief, electric-motorcycle safety and racing technology, AI, cybersecurity, local-first software, and crisis-prevention systems.

As Chief Visionary and Resident Roshi, he pairs Zen discipline with deep-tech rigor. The through-line is simple: data without empathy is noise; empathy without data is guesswork. Listen before speaking, preserve evidence, and protect the human before the system.
