A human-readable tour of the 22 applications in the current development catalog plus the Shell and Provisioner system surfaces.
The current Arcane OS machine-bundle catalog declares 22 applications. They share the Arcane theme and runtime contracts, but each keeps its own data, policy, capabilities, and workflow.
Development catalog: An application appearing here means it is declared in the current development catalog. It does not promise that every feature, provider, platform journey, or accessibility journey is complete.

Shell and Provisioner
Arcane Shell and Arcane Provisioner are system surfaces rather than entries in the 22-application catalog:
- Arcane Shell presents the verified application catalog and reports the current host operating-system identity.
- Arcane Provisioner performs bounded installation and account-management work only through the applicable platform authorization boundary.
