Use and commercial licensing
SpellWire is available for qualifying noncommercial use under the repository's governing license. Commercial use requires a separate written commercial license from The Wizard Nexus.
GOVERNING TEXT
The deployed LICENSE.txt is the governing SpellWire license text. You may also read the official PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 terms. If this summary differs from the governing text, the governing text controls.
NONCOMMERCIAL USE
The license permits qualifying noncommercial use subject to its definitions, conditions, notice requirements, restrictions, and termination terms.
“Noncommercial” is determined by the governing license, not by an informal assumption that a project is small, free, internal, educational, charitable, or not yet profitable.

Anyone distributing any part of SpellWire must provide the license terms or official URL and every plain-text line supplied by the licensor that begins with Required Notice:.

SEPARATE AGREEMENT
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with The Wizard Nexus and payment of the applicable nominal fee. Repository access, use of this public site, a derivative request, or a licensing discussion does not itself grant commercial rights.
Describe the product, organization, distribution model, expected users, and intended SpellWire use. Do not send confidential, payment, credential, or private-ledger information in the initial request.
DEPENDENCY BOUNDARY
The public Pages artifact distributes no third-party executable code. The Review Console uses the installed public Arcane SDK directly, and application bundles carry the Arcane package's own license and notices. Read the deployed third-party notices for the documented boundary.
