Earlier repository copies were offered under the MIT License. This 1.0.0 licensing change does not revoke permissions already received for those earlier MIT-licensed copies; the license included with a particular copy governs the terms offered with that copy.
Noncommercial use
Use within the public license.
The license permits qualifying noncommercial use subject to its definitions, conditions, notice requirements, restrictions, and termination terms.
“Noncommercial” is determined by the governing license, not by an informal assumption that a project is small, free, internal, educational, charitable, or not yet profitable.

Anyone distributing any part of TWiN Compass 1.0.0 must provide the license terms or official URL and every plain-text line supplied by the licensor that begins with Required Notice:.

Separate agreement
Commercial use
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with The Wizard Nexus and payment of the applicable nominal, one-time fee. The licensed version has no monthly subscription or mandatory recurring TWiN Compass license fee after purchase. Optional hosting, customization, support, future major-version upgrades, and third-party services may be priced separately. Repository access, use of this public site, a derivative request, or a licensing discussion does not itself grant commercial rights.
Describe the product or service, organization, distribution model, expected users, and intended TWiN Compass use. Do not send credentials, payment information, protected health information, personally identifiable information, or confidential material in the initial request.
Third-party boundary
External terms remain applicable.
No model weights, base models, Ollama packages, clinical manuals, diagnostic criteria, standards, or reference texts are redistributed by this project. PolyForm governs only the TWiN Compass material offered by The Wizard Nexus under that license.
Review THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and every applicable base-model, Ollama, external-reference, derivative-material, clinical, privacy, accessibility, safety, and regulatory term before deployment or redistribution.
